The Tsangarides Mataro is a warm, fine, very smooth red wine, with reduced tannins and a rich, fruity finish. Made from the family's organic Mataro grapes , it was fermented at controlled temperature in our tanks, then aged in French oak barrels for six months and in bottle for a further 12 months.

It offers a rich, fruity aftertaste. The taste is warm, subtle and balanced.

The Tsangarides Mataro goes perfectly with dark meat dishes such as lamb, game and beef, but also with fondue, raclette or cheese platters.
