Soli Premium Gin is made in the same way as the London Dry Gin, which is made from 18 herbs including juniper and coriander, cinnamon and liquorice, rose petals and elderflower, jasmine and hibiscus, grapefruit and lime peel and bitter orange, but also mint, basil and Cyprus honey .

After distillation, the spirit is cut using local spring water from the mountainous Paphos region to achieve the desired alcohol content for bottling

Soli Premium Gin at 42% is delicate and extremely smooth, with pronounced citrus aromas, fresh floral notes with hints of spice and honey towards the end.
