Feta in Olive Oil




350 ml organic extra virgin olive oil Oliva1

300 g feta cheese

4 pieces of dried tomatoes

1 spoon of chili & dried Mediterranean herbs or mixed spices for "Penne al Arrabiata”

2 thyme branches

1 sprig of Rosemary

6 garlic gloves

Dice Feta, cut dried tomatoes into small cubes, chop thyme, cut Rosemary in small branches, peel Garlic gloves (left whole). Fill all the ingredients in a preserving jar, so that they are covered with the olive oil and add the mixed spices for Penne al Arrabiata. Leave for at least 2 weeks. Tastes great for grilling, baguette, on pizza or over pasta.
