Organic Wine

The Tsangarides Mataro is a warm, subtle, very smooth red wine, with reduced tannins and a rich, fruity aftertaste. Produced from the family owned organic Mataro grapes, it has been fermented in controlled temperature tanks, and then aged for six months in French oak barrels, and for twelve months in the bottle.

A fruity white wine, with the taste of tropical fruit and a hint of apple, giving it a beautiful structure, and long after taste. Produced from organic chardonnay grapes harvested from the family vineyards, it is fermented in controlled temperature tanks, then bottled young.

The own organic Shiraz and Maratheftiko grapes have been brought together to create a very appealing rose coloured wine with nice aromatic hints of strawberries, pomgranate and berries.

Fermented in controlled temperature tanks and bottled young, the Tsangarides Shiraz Maratheftiko is ready to enjoy with fruits, different kind of deserts and as a perfect aperitif.
