The Tsangarides Mataro is a warm, subtle, very smooth red wine, with reduced tannins and a rich, fruity aftertaste. Produced from the family owned organic Mataro grapes, it has been fermented in controlled temperature tanks, and then aged for six months in French oak barrels, and for twelve months in the bottle.

A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz.

The Kyperounda Epos aged for 24 months in oak barrels. He has a deep dark red color, an aroma of red fruits, black pepper, dark cherry, coffee and oak. Interesting is the subtle touch of licorice, mint and eucalyptus. The Epos has a strong and complex aromatic character and a medium body with light tannin flavor.

Dry, medium body, with refreshing acidity, once you take a sip you feel a soft entry of ripe plum and raspberry in the forefront supported by background flavors of spice and caramel, which add complexity to this imminently drinkable wine.

The Gallo Zinfandel 2013 has an intense aroma of blackberries and cherries with a slightly peppery spice. He has a long finish.

The Fermança Negre 2014 consists of 90% of the Balearic grape variety Callet and 10% of the old Majorcan grape variety Gargollassa.

The Vasilikon Methy Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 is a classical Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is vinificated with the classic red vinification method. The wine was aged for 12-18 months in French oak barriques. After the aging the wine is bottled and ages in the bottle for additional 12 months before released.

The color of the Vasilikon Methy Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 is deeply red. The nose is complex with red fruits, green pepper, caper and spices like clove and black pepper. On the palate flavors of raspberries and cassis yield, to more subtle notes of vanilla, licorice and sweet spices.

The Kalamos Maratheftiko Gerani is Burgundy-like in color and drank surprisingly like a Pinot Noir. He was stored around 8 months in oak barrels and after that he is aged for one year in the bottle. Additionally the taste is from black pepper and after blackberry. He has a balanced and silky smooth.

The Vasilikon AEON is a new wine of Vasilikon Winery, a classical red wine of premium quality of 100% Maratheftiko grape, aged 6 months in French oak barrels and 1,5 years in the bottle.

The wine is characterised by a vivid purple colour and aromas of matured red fruits. He has an aromatic fruity taste and a long aftertaste with soft balanced tannins.

The Makarounas Aerides 2017 is a 50:50 mixture of Cabernet Franc and Syrah varieties with a purple red colour, strong aromatic character of mature red forest fruits, full mouth and rich flavour.

The Makarounas Maratheftiko 2017 manufactured out of 100% from Maratheftiko grape. Afterwards the wine was stored for 12 months in a French oak barrel. He reflects the microclimate of the area near Letimbou/Cyprus.
